The Characters
Organization………..Ahhhhhhh!
I am a very highly organized person and it has taken me forever to figure out how to organize my blog so that it is very reader friendly. Having understood the Page/Post function of Edublogs, I am now stuggling to figure out how to make my pages make the most sense.
For future reference, this page is going to give a brief introduction of the two main characters, not an analysis. This is so I can calm down and feel in control……….Nevertheless, I also feel that this will help everyone understand who I am taking about in the upcoming pages. Here it goes……..
Michael Berg - When we are introduced to him he is a sickly, fifteen-year-old boy. He has been sick for most of his childhood with various diseases. He meets Hanna Schmitz and has feelings for her ever since then.
Hanna Schmitz – She is a streetcar conductor. She is over thirty-years-old and meets Michael in an ally way as he is throwing up. She helps him calm down and sends him home.
All of this takes place in Germany, in a place I can’t pronounce. The actual story begins when Michael’s mom tells him to go give a bouquet of flowers to the lady who helped him, Hanna.
